I'm Still Here!

I'm around but still not crafting! And, **sniff, sniff** my cousin recently decided to clean the dining room and boxed up all of my supplies that were in there! It looks amazing, and I know it was a lot of work. Oh, but it hurts so bad knowing that I have no idea where things are now or when I'll be able to sort through and organize my stuff the way I want (NEED) to. While I hold back the tears I'll give you a quick photo update on the cutie patootie that's been keeping me away from my supplies:

No, he doesn't always smile with his mouth wide open! He is a very sweet baby, though...

Hoping to get back to crafting soon!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

I hope all of you - moms or not - are having a great day today! My baby is still hanging out so I'm not technically a mom yet. I am, however, having a little giveaway!  Leave a comment guessing when you think my son will make his big debut. My friend Jennifer at For the Luv of Paper recently started selling F.R.E.D. tables again, and I'm giving one to whoever comes closest to my son's birthday! (Go check it out; you want one. I barely scrap, but I find it quite handy for keeping up with pieces of my projects and rearranging until I have a design I want.) And just so you're not totally off with the guesses, I'm due in two weeks... 😘

**If you're outside the US and want to play along, please note that I'll have to send you something else. The shipping would be a little ridiculous since the F.R.E.D. has a nice weight on the base.

I Made It!

Whoo hoo!! I made it back to the blog before my son's arrival! I still haven't been extra crafty lately; however, I did carve out time to make a bunch of thank you cards for my baby showers. I just finished mailing all of them from my first shower a couple of weeks ago and need to make a few more for one that's later this week. Here's what they look like (minus the watermark, of course):

In case you're interested, the onesie and trim are Top Hatter dies, the giraffe is from a PTI set (sidenote: I totally HATE the stamps that go with this set. No matter what I use to ink them or what kind of block or pressure, I cannot get a good impression. Plus, the dies are solid and all in one piece so you have to cut the piece then hope the stamp lines up right. Total waste of my time!!), and the heart is from the bottom of the MS Heartbeat die.

Some baby cards have started arriving in my mailbox. I hope to be back soon to share them with you! :D

2nd Post for 2015!

I cannot believe that it's the middle of March and I'm just getting around to my second post for the year. I have way too many supplies for nothing to be getting made around here!  I know part of my problem is that I've had to switch laptops. My old one pretty much died, and I haven't finished transferring the files I quickly threw onto an external HD onto this machine. Actually, I don't think that hard drive and my new laptop have even met. With the number of digi stamps I have, I really need to get that going soon...

I did color an image and make a card yesterday, though!
St. Patty digi stamp by Robert Jackson colored with Copic markers. She's got a yellow base but doesn't look this yellow IRL.

I printed this image around this time last year, and when I saw it sitting next to me in the chair, I decided not to let another St. Patrick's Day go by without getting the card finished...

Are You Still There?

Welp... It's officially been ages since I posted to this blog. It's not that I don't love you all, but I've been super tired and not very crafty for a minute. I happen to be growing a person! I'd planned to let you all know for a while now but just didn't make the time.  However, I got a beautiful card in the mail a few days ago that reminded me that I really needed to post something.  Look at this lovely card I received from Patricia at Paper Temptress:

Isn't it adorable? The inside is decorated beautifully, too! Paper Temptress is a long time sponsor at The Outlawz. I never expected her to send me anything; it was such a nice surprise!

I'll try not to be gone so long. My son is due in three months, and I hope to have something (anything!!!) to share with you before then!
